Rhubarb Sorbet
We’ve used only the thinnest rhubarb from Bauernhof Weggun and Teltower Rübchen, which lends a lighter, more floral note to the sorbet. Served with woodruff meringue. Add a dash of schnapps if you feel so inclined.
Shipping ice cream is a logistical challenge and we haven’t quite figured that one out yet – so we’re sorry to say we won’t be able to send our delicious ice cream to you quiet yet.
