This sauce is one of Jens’ personal favourites – and we suspect it’ll soon be one of yours too. The intense aroma of fruity and earthy carrot is contrasted by strong notes of aniseed. It’s a magnificent combination that adds a special something to both meat and vegetable dishes. This vegan sauce needs to be shipped and kept refrigerated.

Idea
