Cream cheese tarte

Our cream cheese tarte is flavoured with Hermite (a herbal liquor) from Maristenkloster St. Josef. The other main ingredients (egg, cream cheese) hail from David Peacock’s Erdhof Seewalde and are of incredible quality. This adds an almost wine-like complexity to the tarte. Still, it won’t get you tipsy.
